According to the logline, 'Camden' seems like a 'Toy Soldiers' remake (a good thing in my book, it's one of my favorite movies)...

Man! "Toy Soldiers" is one of my all-time jams! "You Americans always say that, but you never actually do it." Classic.

The Rock Hudson project isn't really a spec sale, Scott, at least not in the way I think you usually think of spec sales. I chatted with Stephanie Marin about it -- it was more of an independent financing situation. I think "Marching Band" falls in that same category -- written on spec, certainly, but a spec sale per se.

It's that gray area, Jason. Technically a spec script is one written without any upfront compensation in the hopes that the writer can get compensation for it. Why would independent financing negate it being a sale? With the increase of independent financiers getting into the script acquisition and development market, we may have to expand what we traditionally consider to be a spec script sale.
