"---[Another unconventional component in “Glimmer” is that you’re not always staying with the hero. I did an earlier draft with Madhouse where we tried to keep the hero in the story the whole way through. It didn’t work. So we went back to the original version and just said, “OK, this is our structure. It’s unconventional, but this is what the story is.”]----" I love that - I've also found that it's never a good idea to fight against where the story wants to go :-)
