Thanks a lot guys! Great Interview! I have one question for you: Weren't you afraid, that 500 Days of Summer is too ambitious? Because it's kinda high concept, but not really you know? Because you really don't get in one sentence, what the story is about. Did you think about like, reducing the "crazy" elements and pinning it down to just the innovative love story? Did you experience a lot rejections when you showed the script around at first? What did you think about it? Or did you like throw it on everyone you ran into, like Zach Braff did with "Garden State" in hope someone will eventually say "Yes!"?
