Thank you Julia and Scott for the interview. Julia - I'd love to know if you have any tips for collaborating with family members.

Hi Shaula - The best piece of advice I can give for working with family members is just setting boundaries, being clear about what you need and respecting what the other person needs. And never ever letting work come between what you have personally. The hardest part is learning how to be a supportive family member when something in regards to your career is a part of the problem. But you'll learn as you go. Ultimately it's the best relationship I've ever had (working with my husband) because we love working together and we both always know that no matter what we always have each other's best interest at heart.

Thank you for the reply, Julia. It sounds like you have the advantage of clear priorities and a solid personal relationship as the foundation to your working relationship. Best wishes to both of you, and your dad, too, and thanks again.
