Thank you so much, Adam. This has been really helpful!

I echo Debbie, this has been a great interview. Thank you, Adam.

I heard Adam speak at the Scriptwriter's Network panel a few months ago. He was terrific. Great series Scott. More like this, please.

Very interesting. Thanks Scott. Still recall Adam doing your class for us with Tom, and his interview was as helpful then as now. God guy. Hope we get to meet someday. :-)

*good* :-)

This was great. It's nice to know there are managers out there who, at their core, truly give a damn. Thank you, Adam! (And Scott! :))

"Yes as I mentioned, great writing is 99% of what this business is. But the other 99% is how hard are you willing to work for it. (99+99 adds up right?)." Did we say we were good at maths? Picks up pen. Scribbles. Looks confused. Thanks for the series Adam. Scrunches forehead in concentration. Chews pen. Lips turn BLUE. Nope! Still don't know the answer. Scratches numbers on the page.

@ Phil maybe you were right the first time. :-) In case you don't see it on earlier post, popped your kairos news over on the forum.

Thank you for this series. The idea that writers and scripts have to be cultivated, developed and polished, and that genius is 99% perspiration, isn't a new one, but so few studios and production houses follow that philosophy these days. Pixar gets it and it's good to know from reading what Adam had to say that Madhouse does too. They'll be here for a long time.

let me rephrase that: ...developed and polished over a long period of time...
