And sometime soon the "machine" has to realize the narrowing of the audience will end up with only snot nosed nine year old boys in the audience and then there will only be a need for three movies a year and their ancillary toy stream. Imagine all the high paid executives trying to live on unemployment checks when we get to that point. Has to change. And those graphic novel, comic hero movies? What's next, Mighty Mouse? I figure the "powers that think they are" will see what's happening of late at the box office and the whole stream will meander. And if I know where it will go -- heck if I'm telling anyone!
