Remarkable story. Okay, what if... a girl is rescued from potential abductors by lions, and lives with them for so long she comes to regard humans as the enemy. Then (pushed by destruction of habitat and prey) the lions begin preying on humans... A village boy spots the girl in the wild and befriends her, slowly coaxing her to speak the native language she's all but forgotten. He sees her as the key to stopping the lion attacks on the village - a mediator between man and beast - But when she discovers that her one-time abductor is now the tribal chief, the girl unleashes her lion family on the whole village. Can the boy persuade her to forgive rather than avenge?
