I would love to see an installment about earning points. Of course there is the famous story of Spielberg and Lucas swapping 2.5 percent of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" and "Star Wars" before their releases because they thought that the other's movie would do better than their own. But when you don't have proven hits like "Jaws" or "American Graffiti" prior to your script getting made, what kind of percentages can be realistically expected?

More war stories, please. Inside tales of Hollywood make for great reading, so I'd like to hear more about your experiences as a working writer in Hollywood and the obstacles and opposition you've faced in development and elsewhere. By all means change names and details to protect the innocent and conceal the guilty.

I love this series, especially your "first-timer" experiences, and selfishly crave more, more, MORE! But since you need at least 3 hours of sleep, how about a guest TBOS now and then? You have some amazing/generous screenwriters/commenters...
