I'm going to go with this: "Snakes. Why'd it have to be snakes?" Nice payoff to a setup from the opening sequence.

Here's an interesting piece of Indiana Jones business: Indy and friends are on the plane high over the Himalayas, headed for Nepal, and the 2 pilots bail out. They're going to crash. Dialogue: "Do you know how to fly a plane?" "No - do you?" You cab wrangle it out of the 126 page Story Conference Transcript. But it didn't make it into Raiders of the Lost Ark. Rather, it showed up in the sequel: Temple of Doom. Apparently, Lucas, Speilberg, and Kasdan brainstormed so much during the story conference, some of their good ideas and snappy dialogue that got cut from Indy #1 made it into Indy #2.
