Shaula, I have a quote somewhere with, I believe, William Goldman who says that dialogue is the least important aspect of a screenplay. And having been involved in over a dozen WGA credit arbitration cases as an arbiter, of the four major areas of analysis, dialogue is the last on the list in terms of importance.
