Alien, Never Let Me Go, and particularly the early draft of Source Code that's generally available online. Very different to the finished film, and a fascinating lesson in reshaping story.

Children of Men A fascinating read, especially as the draft that's available (at least the one I've seen on the Internet Movie Script Database is very different to the finished film.

Here is the list of suggestions so far: 1. Alien Sequels - It’s fun to read the many Alien sequels that never got made, eg William Gibson’s Alien 3. 2. Back To The Future 3. The Matrix 4. Alien 5. Aliens 6. Children of Men 7. Galaxy Quest 8. Gattaca 9. Never Let Me Go 10. Source Code (particularly the early draft of Source Code that’s generally available online. Very different to the finished film, and a fascinating lesson in reshaping story) Folks, I don't have the time at the moment to track down links to online scripts as I have for earlier installments of the genre series. (I wish I did!) These suggestions are great, but are sadly of marginal utility without the actual scripts. If anyone here can add a link for a script they've suggested, or if anyone is kind enough to volunteer to look up these scripts for everyone, it would e a great help to all of us.
