This is spot on. I think finding a writing community for insight, feedback, advice, what have you, is an invaluable asset for writers. Of course, in most cities you can probably find a writing group to join. However, if your city doesn't have one I think a great place to find exactly this is Trigger Street Labs: http://labs.triggerstreet.com/ At Trigger Street, there are probably thousands of writers to review your work. Even better than the reviews, though, are the forums. It's an opportunity to have dialogue the craft with other like-minded people. If any GITS readers want a writing community, I highly suggest this as a start.
