Hi, Scott, and congratulations. I'll be really interested to hear how your improv background connects with your screenwriting. Your comedy background sounds really strong: are you drawn to comedy as a screenwriting genre as well?

Thanks Shaula. I'll be writing more about that over the course of the Quest, I'm sure, but yes. I'm drawn straight to comedy as a screenwriting genre like a moth to every lamp in my apartment and also my computer screen. One of the biggest things about improv and sketch comedy is finding one fun thing and blowing it up with laser focus. So that's something I keep in mind while coming up with ideas. But all the different comedy forms exercise a slightly different set of brain muscles.
