Sometimes a project comes along that jolts me straight back to the 80s, perhaps the decade of the 'highest' high concepts. This is one of those projects. If "Atom and Eve" had been made in the 80s, "Lars and the Real Girl" would have been it's post-modern 2nd cousin. But "Atom and Eve" got bought in 2012. Maybe there still is room for 'high' high concepts.'
