That sounds completely boring. The big conflict is that two guys are reluctant to work together? (To catch evil septuagenarian retirees.) So this means that the script itself is friggin' great?

Yep, a lot of "UGHHHHHH SHIT" being heard around the office today.

I'm sure this is probably a great script.. but that logline does it no favors. "one is CIA" is pretty much where I start to nod off.

It's gotta be more than that. During the logline-writing challenge we just had I realized just how little of the larger narrative the logline actually carries. My guess about this Wunderkind script is that the CIA and Mossad agents are at radical cross-purposes. Maybe one wants the titular wunderkind dead, and the other wants to recruit him. Also, Wunderkind suggests that this Nazi isn't your ordinary nazi. Maybe he's a child genius during the nazi era, which would make him...lets say he was 8 during the war, 1975 minus 1945 would make him maybe 38 years old? Still young enough to create a lot of great chases scenes with the two agents. Even if he was a septugenarian, there is probably more at stake. Maybe the twist is that he's Hitler's secret son? Wunderkind means child prodigy. Maybe he was being groomed to be the new fuhrer because he showed early commitment to the cause and an unusual charisma. Maybe now, he's starting a new underground white supremacist cult. That Mossad agent probably has a personal stake in this too - grandparents died in the camps. This is probably a revenge thing for him while the CIA agent is the cool, detached customer, who wants to bring the guy back to America for interrogation. Actually, probably the Mossad agent will be a woman.

Huh. You completely redeemed that! (Though I think you've gotta go for the twist; the Mossad agent _doesn't_ have a personal stake, and the CIA agent does.) "Set in the 1970s, a disgraced Mossad operative and a CIA agent with a personal vendetta hunt a child prodigy raised in the 3rd Reich under Hitler's direct supervision."
