That sounds like a really good premise for a sci-fi movie. I love a good isolation-based sci-fi flick (ie: Moon).

I really, really hope this gets made, because I want to watch it.

I'm with mommyfollows and Darren: I love isolation sci-fi, too, and I'd love to see this. Stephen King, in one of his writing books--I can't recall which one, sorry--talks about how trends in horror fiction and movies reflect society's undercurrents of social anxiety. It sounds like this script may do a good job of tapping into science-phobia in general and specifically all the paranoia around the Hardon Collider. Brilliant! It strikes me that going with a zeitgeisty title / premise like that is also a good and different way to write a script that has name recognition...how many people (at least in science-positive circles) will hear the title and have a voice in their head say, "I've heard of that." So rather than rehash a Billy Wilder film (!) or a 70's TV show or a board game, go with something current and fresh that people are already talking about... I imagine the right marketing team would just be salivating over this script. At least I hope so.
