Fantastic! I think I'm going to have to do this, but how far does a script have to be in it's process? I've got an older (overall bad) script in on the shelf, that I've been meaning to dust off and base a whole new story upon, but I haven't actually started on it yet. Would that work, if I add my notes on how I'm going to tear it apart?

Can a screenwriting team submit to this and work on one script together throughout the process?
