Total Recall is going to take the 2nd or 3rd spot and ruin your prediction sir. That trailer is bananas. 1. Dark Knight- 500 million 2. Avengers- 350 million 3. Total Recall 300 million 4. MIB 3 275 million. 5. The Brave 250 million

Avengers is tracking to open north of 155 on opening weekend. With a normal multiplier, that puts it at around...450 million. Doubt it's going to behave like a normal movie, though. Just to shake things up, I'll not put TDKR first. 1. The Avengers - 512 million 2. The Dark Knight Rises - 499 million 3. Brave - 360 million 4. Bourne Legacy - 280 million 5. GI Joe - 275 million 6. Prometheus - 190 million 7. Snow White - 175 million 8. MIB III - 130 million 9. Amazing Spider-man - 125 million 10. Total Recall - 120 million

I have a feeling Prometheus is going be be north of $250 million as will SpiderMan, and Brave is going to end up just a little south of $250 million.

I would LOVE Prometheus to be north of 250 in the US, but I'm not sure we'll do it that kindness. Think foreign will be massive, though. Spiderman, I don't know a single person who's actively excited about that. A lot of people I've talked to don't even know there's a reboot coming out this year. I think Brave will be MASSIVE. First female protagonist, looks badass, archery is already cool again because of Hunger Games, and it's Pixar not making a sequel to Cars. I wouldn't bet against them.

Don't get me wrong, I hope Brave does well but imho its appeal in the US isn't as broad as you think. Bear in mind Ratatouille "only" did $202 million, which is ~$235 in adjusted dollars, and Mulan did $120 mill, which is $202 million adjusted. Also, Spiderman opens 3rd July and is being produced by the same people who did the Tobey McGuire Spiderman movies. You have to think these guys know what they're doing. As for Prometheus, I'm rolling the dice, but there hasn't been a really good sci-fi horror movie in ages. I think we're due.

LOL! You're predicting Bourne Legacy, without Matt Damon, to do 280 million dollars and Total Recall to only do 120 million? What the hell are you thinking. No Bourne film has ever come close to that, and Total Recall may very well spank Bourne.
