There's real potential there for another "Mediterraneo" Meet Vassillissa - http://youtu.be/nlgV6zgDlZA

Sorry there's no subtitles in that clip. Basically she tells these stranded solders that she is a prostitute and open for business while they are on the island. They all fall in love with her. Amazing movie.

Possibly the best premise for a modern comedy ever!

Does any guy really need to be PAID to do that? I mean, come the f*** on.

The fact that she is an ex-beauty queen is what -- homage to Spinal Tap -- takes this idea over the edge. Dude gets paid $$ for stud fees and it's with a fabulous babe. The mind boggles at what people are thinking. Here's a question: What did the husband do while his friend was in the bedroom with his wife? I'm guessing he vacated the premises because that would be pretty awkward. But even if he went to the local pub for a pint, he'd still KNOW this guy was with his wife. And then there's the wife, her thought process in all this. Really, it boggles the mind.

Agree with you Scott, there are two very interesting point of view coming from this: 1) the neighbor, whom believes is tricking his neighbor into banging his gorgeous wife for money. Cheats in way to avoid getting her pregnant and keep exploiting her wonderful body. 2) the husband, exactly from the path you showed, Scott. nš 1 seems like a judd apatow's comedy, still, nš 2 is promising for a "the apartment" style drama/comedy. But let's keep making questions: why the neighbor option? wouldn't be easier to just go to a sperm bank?

Comedy. Record breaking, Triple Crown winner Copenhagen is sent out to stud, when it's discovered that the champion is not only gay but sterile and his owners must artificially inseminate horses belonging to their Russian gangster client before the deception is uncovered or risk losing more than the sizable stud fee that would save their family business.

pliny, you have really embraced the spirit of this monthly exercise in brainstorming story ideas. I can only think that's going to pay off somehow.

You've been kind enough to take time and do this series. The least I can do is respond. Moreover, it's been a challenge to take some of the ideas you've presented and come up with an original twist and although I haven't completely succeeded I've exercised some screenwriting muscles that badly need toning.
