I have a bit of a tangential question...why is it that actors aren't under their printed names on many DVD covers? I've seen this a few times. Is there a SAG rule about the order of the cast names or something? It sometimes causes the box art to look like an error. I noticed that, too. It's totally confusing, isn't it? My guess is Tim Allen's contract specified he got 1st position in terms of name billing. Then Weaver 2nd [notice it's not in alphabetical order as she would be 3rd]. Perhaps they didn't specify that per photos. But I do know that name placement is a big deal among actors and their contracts. For example, Steve McQueen dropped out of "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" because he didn't get 1st position over Paul Newman. That led to Robert Redford which led to cinematic history!
