I know this is about Title Pages, but in the script for THE SITTER -- which I found hysterical, haven't seen the movie yet -- 2 quotes show up :
"It's 10:00 PM. Do you know where your children are?" -- Public Service Announcement
&
"Never raise your hands to your kids. It leaves your groin unprotected." -- Red Buttons
On the second page, but these sum up the Theme of the script.
ALSO
Swetnam's EVIDENCE, the song lyric by Elton John -- "There's no distance put between us.
Safe enough for you to hide. I'm watching all of your secrets. The camera never lies."
Also, summing up the Theme.
So I think that if it's Theme-related, why not?
But it probably looks more professional to put it on it's OWN page.
Just my 3 cents! :)
