I love Indiana Jones because, like me, he's not afraid to take the easy way out, like when he shoots the swordsman. And INDIANA JONES is more pure fun than any action-adventure movie out there, although if I had to pick the best action movie ever I'd probably go with either THE ROAD WARRIOR or ROBOCOP.

When I was a kid, I never got to see Raiders when it came out...I had to wait many years later...but I read the novelization and had a picturebook of some kind that was part novelization/part fumetti. Anyway, those two books (and my action figures, naturally) impacted me so greatly, that I went into the back garden of my house...and started digging it up, expecting to find bones or treasure. I found dirt.
