I suppose I'll ask the question that may get shot down, is there anyway to get a copy of Inside the Machine? For educational purposes?

Hey Chris, thanks for being interested. An interesting part of the sale process was that I had to form a loan out corporation; transfer title of the script from me to my corp; and then sell the copyright of the script to the studio. So they own it, and I don't think they're sending it out for educational purposes right now, :). But thank you for being interested, and I hope you'll be able to see it some day, of course, and I'd love to some day see the script published as part of a how-to or making-of book; Spike Lee's book "Spike Lee's Gotta Have It" (about the making of She's Gotta Have It, his first feature) and Steven Soderbergh's book on the making of sex, lies and videotape both included the screenplays, and were the first scripts I ever read, and I still treasure those books for teaching me so much.
