Great choice Scott! I'm excited for this round. Missed the session last time and kicked myself for it after. It's a shame Shyamalan gets such a bad rap these days (not entirely undeserved, of course... The Last Airbender was an unfortunate mess, which is a shame because the animated series was delightful and certainly COULD have spawned a fine feature if it had been handled correctly). But on the strength of this and Unbreakable, I'm certainly always interested in what he's up to.

That was also one of my thoughts, Jeff. Does The Sixth Sense stand up as a script? Can we see through the haze of what has transpired with M. Night the last decade to give it a fair read?

Great choice, I'm in. As for seeing through Night's career and giving it a fair read, pretty sure I can do that. I watched it again a few months ago having not caught it for years and I was surprised by how impressed I was with it - it really is a great movie. And Cole's 'I didn't know you were funny' line has to rank as one of the all-time finest movie putdowns.
