Ok, the thing is, where's the conflict in this story? Bringing the fish to Yemen? We see them accomplish that in the trailer. McGregor falling in love with Blunt? THAT'S going to be real difficult. It might be a heartwarming story, but where's the interesting conflict?

You can read a plot summary here. Seems like one of those 'head-to-heart' transformation stories, so perhaps much of the conflict is internal to the Protagonist, his FOOW experience.

I get that. Could use a little more external conflict though, I think. It's like everyone in the movie wants the Protag to change. Some sort of external antagonistic force would be a nice parallel to the internal struggle. Maybe it's just not my kind of film anyway? Kristin Scott Thomas looks great, though.
