Thanks everybody! @Gabe: Not just for one set piece, but for action beats throughout the movie. I had a an entire whiteboard filled with beats; I didn't count the exact number, but it was definitely close to at least a hundred. Not all of the beats ended up in the script. It was there as backup, so in writing the action scenes, I wouldn't ever really get lost or stuck.
