Exactly what I thought Nick. His final six words practically more powerful than anything ever done before. Couldn't write a better ending to a story. Guess he had final control over the ending of his obviously upcoming feature film after all anyway. Ever thinking outside the proverbial box in bigger ways than we all ever imagined.

As someone I know pointed out, "Clearly Steve Jobs didn't get ALL the talent in the family." Most eloquent eulogy I have ever read. Thanks for giving it another space, Scott.

Great piece of writing, but most people don't read eulogies, so we're disproportionally affected when we do. Eulogies are a time for reflection, for hope, to strengthen our collective resolve that even though a fellow traveler has fallen, our own journey must continue along the path they'd blazed. This eulogy, much like the line in "Field of Dreams" where Ray asks his father if he wants to have a catch, made me cry. The writing was so strong that I literally felt like I was in the room during his last moments. Very well done. Thanks for posting.
