I second terrible exposition. The hard part is finding the clips. Anything from Green Lantern. Definitely Clash of the Titans, Tron Legacy, or Blade Runner [the original voice over version]. Blade Runner bonus: Frank Darabont on why it sucks. Here's a prime example, so achingly bad, from Attack of the Clones. See also all of Episode 1 and 2. And just plain lazy from Transfomers also see any scene in Transformers 1, 2 or 3.

Terrible exposition it is. Don't worry if you can't find the video clips. We'll make do. But copy/paste of text is critical. This all goes back to a medical condition I had as a child caused by my cross-eyed third grade teacher who had this thing about copying down our homework... Wait.
