Wanted to thank Jeff Messerman for the foundation he laid down when creating The GITS Club. When I took over shortly after it made my job so much easier. It’s true what they say about standing on the shoulders of giants.

I would also like to thank Scott for his vote of confidence in allowing me the opportunity to be the moderator at The GITS Club.

Finally, thanks to all the wonderful members. Without your contributions, your courage to send your ‘babies’ out into the world of The GITS Club, the message board would never have been as successful as it was.

Geez, had I known everyone would be saying such nice stuff about me today, I would have shaved this morning and put on a tie!

Y'know all I did was plant the seeds but you fine folk tilled the soil. Miraculously, it somehow always remained a very positive place. In the online creative world, and in the film/script world especially, that's such a rare and beautiful thing.

Of course, ultimately, that's a testament to the man I always referred to as our 'spiritual guide' over at Le Club, our own Scott Myers.

And with that, I'm off to explore the OTT! See y'all over there! :D

Thanks Mike and Jeff. You guys did a great job. Was a great source of inspiration and sharing. Being able to exercise our abilities on reading and providing feedback, and just enjoying the fun of writing with the small challenges. I'll remember the good times, and look forward to it's continued life on OTT.

There was a forum? Well, I signed up for the new place.

Weird coincidence!

Joined OTT a few weeks ago and went to my first meet. They're a great bunch of dedicated people, all passionate about film and eager to share and help. You guys have done a great job so far but I see this as a really positive move.

Now back to writing!

I wholeheartedly agree with the above comments. Scott, Mike and Sean have worked hard to ensure that the transfer to OTTfilms will be a smooth one and the right one for all GITS members.

We will be promoting Scott's work, so that connection will remain strong but you now have the added benefit of access to filmmakers. So, not only can you continue to develop your writing skills with the help of a like-minded and friendly pool of writers but you now have the option of creating short stories and competition scripts that can then be turned in to films by other OTTfilms members. From page to screen.

We are really looking forward to having you all with us and to forging strong connections with Scott and the great work he continues to do with GITS.

Thank you Mike, Jeff and Scott for the GITS Club. I really ejoyed it, although I did not contriute to it as much as I wanted to. At least a little bit. I was not very active lately but I will join or better already joined OTT and will start getting involved as soon as I pick up the pen again and resume writing (I already hear those sighs :D).
