I was lucky enough to see an advanced screening of this.

Go. See. This. Film.

That's all I can say. Great performances, tone was relayed perfectly, and it was just the perfect mix of comedy and drama. One of my favorites of the year by far.

Sadly, I'm not sure it will do that well at the B.O. But I'm hoping that the recent stardom of Rogen and JGL can pull a lot of people into it.

I'd like to quote SlashFilm (roughly): "If it wasn't so damn funny, I'd say it was an Oscar contender."

It certainly deserves Oscar consideration, but sadly it probably won't.

Looking forward to seeing this. Great script. Just wish they kept the original title, "I'm With Cancer".

It's not a remake or sequel, it's not a gore-fest, it's not a period piece or animated and it's not hiding the true male experience (from what I can tell from the trailer).

I can't wait to see this film. And I don't say that often these days.

Really excited to see this movie. I once did a short comedic play about cancer that I started turning into a full-length spec... until I saw that this was being made, at which point I decided to stop working on it.

@Darren: Perhaps you take your original conceit and genre-bend it. Thriller? Horror? Becomes a different movie.
