Brilliant! You're already so generous with your time and knowledge, whenever it worked for you to do "GITS Live!" (The Musical in 3D?) I'd be there. ;)
Tavis at 2011-08-08 11:56:46:
Intriguing. I would certainly check it out.
Dr. Vince at 2011-08-08 12:01:38:
I think that's a great idea as well...
Michael V. Brown at 2011-08-08 12:13:03:
I'd be up for it. And I'd invite friends.
(Doug) at 2011-08-08 12:25:41:
Definitely.

While I like the idea, I know myself... I always remember these things two hours later and miss the conversation.
CWillGoWrite at 2011-08-08 12:28:47:
Sounds like a great idea.

Love it. Thanks, Scott.
Tom at 2011-08-08 13:24:22:
I would definitely be there for every event I could make. and unlike Michael, I would FORCE my friends to be there! ;)

One option you have also, is to stream video of yourself (if u have a webcam)and have a live conversation on a site like Justin.tv or Ustream.tv

Users can sign up for accounts there and interact with you posting questions live and you can read them and TALK instead of TYPE, which might save time and give you the freedom to explore each question in any certain degree.

Just an idea. I definitely have an interest in attending either way.

Sounds like another great idea for the blog.

How would you do it? Would you be using a live-blogging service like CoverItLive?

I had been thinking about a real low-tech approach: Post something at an pre-appointed time, then read comments for questions, then answer, and so forth for a full hour. But a video approach is interesting.

I use Skype for teleconferences at Screenwriting Master Class, but that seems out of the question for this type of thing.

I'm intrigued by the Justin.tv concept. Does anybody have any information for me on that front? Even though I type like the wind, doing a live video back and forth would be great. Can I record them so people can look at them later? Create a library of them?

Any advice / ideas, let me know.

I am definitely in, and will try to converse in as many live blog events as possible. Thanks a lot Scott, for giving up some your time in trying to help us out!:)
Gabe at 2011-08-08 20:44:30:
Cool idea, Scott!
I would love to interact in a live chat. Video might be a little awkwad.

Hey Scott, Guruji! I'd love to join this.
I like ur idea of video library of 'Readers questions'. Its quite interesting.
Anne at 2011-08-09 06:35:30:
Scott, I am amazed. You can find the time to fit us in for that as well!?

Hi, Scott,

What a splendid offer. I am so in!

The written format or a live streaming format? Either! Both!

I have limited info on these things, and I bet Webex has a limit on live participants, but the host can record Webex sessions for later viewing by participants. Also, a number of people use a phone network for group meetings of this kind.

You are the best!
