How about a silly one to start with:

Team America: I'll put a Jihad on you.

Terrorist: What do you know?
Gary Johnston: I heard there might be a large terrorist attack. If you tell me what it is, maybe I could help out.
Terrorist: Get out of here! We have put out a jihad on the infidels because they destroyed our lives. What do you know about pain and sadness?
[Gary pauses, recalls sounds of gorillas roaring]
Gary Johnston: I was just a boy when the infidels came to my village in their Blackhawk helicopters. The infidels fired at the oil fields and they lit up like the eyes of Allah. Burning oil rained down from the sky and cooked everything it touched. I could only hide myself and cry as my goats were consumed by the fiery black liquid death. In the midst of the chaos, I could swear that I heard my goats screaming for help. As quickly as they had come, the infidels were gone. It was on that day I put a jihad on them. And if you don't believe it, then you'd better kill me now, because I'll put a jihad on you, too.
Terrorist: I like you. You have balls. I like balls.

You can't handle the truth:

Judge Randolph: *Consider yourself in Contempt!*
Kaffee: *Colonel Jessep, did you order the Code Red?*
Judge Randolph: You *don't* have to answer that question!
Col. Jessep: I'll answer the question!
[to Kaffee]
Col. Jessep: You want answers?
Kaffee: I think I'm entitled to.
Col. Jessep: *You want answers?*
Kaffee: *I want the truth!*
Col. Jessep: *You can't handle the truth!*
[pauses]
Col. Jessep: Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinburg? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago, and you curse the Marines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That Santiago's death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that wall, you need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to.
Kaffee: Did you order the Code Red?
Col. Jessep: I did the job I...
Kaffee: *Did you order the Code Red?*
Col. Jessep: *You're Goddamn right I did!*

Pulp Fiction - Breakfast Scene:

Jules: Hey kids! How you boys doin'?
[to man laying on the couch]
Jules: Hey, keep chillin'. You know who we are? We're associates of your business partner Marsellus Wallace. You do remember your business partner don't you? Let me take a wild guess here. You're Brett, right?
Brett: Yeah.
Jules: I thought so. You remember your business partner Marsellus Wallace, don't you, Brett?
Brett: Yeah, yeah, I remember him.
Jules: Good. Looks like me an Vincent caught you boys at breakfast. Sorry about that. Whatcha havin'?
Brett: Hamburgers.
Jules: Hamburgers! The cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast. What kind of hamburgers?
Brett: Ch-cheeseburgers.
Jules: No, no no, where'd you get 'em? McDonalds? Wendy's? Jack in the Box? Where?
Brett: Big Kahuna Burger.
Jules: Big Kahuna Burger. That's that Hawaiian burger joint. I hear they got some tasty burgers. I ain't never had one myself. How are they?
Brett: They're good.
Jules: Mind if I try one of yours? This is yours here, right?
[Picks up burger and takes a bite]
Jules: Mmm-mmmm. That is a tasty burger. Vincent, ever have a Big Kahuna Burger?
[Vincent shakes his head]
Jules: Wanna bite? They're real tasty.
Vincent: Ain't hungry.
Jules: Well, if you like burgers give 'em a try sometime. I can't usually get 'em myself because my girlfriend's a vegitarian which pretty much makes me a vegitarian. But I do love the taste of a good burger. Mm-mm-mm. You know what they call a Quarter Pounder with cheese in France?
Brett: No.
Jules: Tell 'em, Vincent.
Vincent: A Royale with cheese.
Jules: A Royale with cheese! You know why they call it that?
Brett: Because of the metric system?
Jules: Check out the big brain on Brett! You're a smart motherfucker. That's right. The metric system. What's in this?
Brett: Sprite.
Jules: Sprite, good. You mind if I have some of your tasty beverage to wash this down?
Brett: Go right ahead.
Jules: Ah, hit the spot.
Jules: You, flock of seagulls, you know why we're here? Why don't you tell my man Vincent where you got the shit hid at?
Marvin: It's over th...
Jules: I don't remember askin' you a Goddamn thing! You were saying?
Roger: It's in the cupboard.
[Vincent starts looking in the upper cupboard]
Roger: No, no, the one by your kn-knees.
Jules: We happy?
[Vincent continues staring at the briefcase's contents]
Jules: Vincent! We happy?
Vincent: Yeah, we happy.
Brett: I'm sorry, I didn't get your name. I got yours, Vincent, right? But I didn't get yours...
Jules: My name's Pitt. And your ass ain't talkin' your way out of this shit.
Brett: No, no, I just want you to know... I just want you to know how sorry we are that things got so fucked up with us and Mr. Wallace. We got into this thing with the best intentions and I never...
Jules: [Jules shoots the man on the couch] I'm sorry, did I break your concentration? I didn't mean to do that. Please, continue, you were saying something about best intentions. What's the matter? Oh, you were finished! Well, allow me to retort. What does Marsellus Wallace look like?
Brett: What?
Jules: What country are you from?
Brett: What? What? Wh - ?
Jules: "What" ain't no country I've ever heard of. They speak English in What?
Brett: What?
Jules: English, motherfucker, do you speak it?
Brett: Yes! Yes!
Jules: Then you know what I'm sayin'!
Brett: Yes!
Jules: Describe what Marsellus Wallace looks like!
Brett: What?
Jules: Say 'what' again. Say 'what' again, I dare you, I double dare you motherfucker, say what one more Goddamn time!

Man, it goes on for ages! Good though.

Closet Land and Usual Suspects could provide great fodder for Interrogations week. No particular scene suggestions (more precisely, couldn't find the clips I wanted), but maybe someone else has favorite scenes.

LA Confidential has a bunch of great ones. I suggest this one since it begins as a questioning about one crime and twists into a different crime.

Fontaine: I just wanted to lose my cherry. She don't die, so I don't die. She don't die, so I don't die.
[Exley can't hide his surprise at this.]
Exley: Louis, who's the girl? What's her name? Who you talking about? Was she at the Nite Owl? Louis, listen to me, was she at the Nite Owl?
Louis: Oh, God, I'm sorry!
[Exley moves to Jones' interrogation room]
Jones: This newspaper shit ain't shit.
Exley: Where's the girl Fontaine's talking about Did you kill her? You wanted Louis to lose his cherry, but that wasn't enough. So, things got out of hand and you made her bleed. She bled on your clothes, so you burnt the clothes.
Jones: Who told you that?!
Exley: Now, listen to me. If that girl is still alive, she's the only chance you've got.
Jones: I think she's alive!
Exley: You think? Then where is she now? Did you leave her someplace? Did you sell her out? Tell me where she is!
[Bud loses it, barges into the interrogation room and pins Jones against the wall. Pulling a .38, Bud breaks the cylinder, drops 5 shells on the floor, sticks the gun in Jones' mouth.]
Exley: White!
Bud: One in six. Where's the girl?
Exley: White, I have this under control!
Bud: WHERE IS THE GIRL?
[Bud pulls the trigger. Again. Again. Jones mumbles and Bud removes the gun.]
Bud: What?
Jones: S-sylvester F-fitch. One-o-nine Avalon. Brown corner house, upstairs.

Whoo hoo LA Confidential! I submit Gosford Park. Dark, intense, and hilarious.

YouTube video set to the exact scene, embed code at the bottom: Gosford Park

THOMPSON
Ah, come in, Miss Maceach-- I 'm Inspector Thom--
CONSTANCE
This is all too tiresome and absurd. He's making the most dreadful fuss.
THOMPSON
If you don't mind, I would like to ask the young lady some questions.
CONSTANCE
Well, I'm not leaving, if that's what you think.
THOMPSON
Well, does it bother you if Lady Trentham stays?
MARY
Why should it?
DEXTER
-Sir, someone's traipsed a load of mud in down here.
THOMPSON
- Not now, Dexter, please. I understood there was some... difficulty between the late Sir William McCordle and your employer.
CONSTANCE
This is too vulgar to be believed.
MARY
I wasn't aware of that, sir. They got on well as far as I could see.
THOMPSON
- You were not conscious--
DEXTER
- Inspector, there's a broken coffee cup down here.
THOMPSON
Dexter, they have people to clear these things up. You get on with your own job. So you were not aware
of any trouble...over the matter
of an allowance? An allowance, I might add, that Sir William's death has now made secure.
MARY
What sort of an allowance would that be, sir?
