Excellent choice. Classic not just for being the title of the film, but for becoming a catch-phrase for film buffs, as well as summing up a confusing, hopeless, out-of-your-control state in two words - "It's Chinatown". Pithy!

Great movie. Los Angeles is one of the characters. LA before WWII has never been captured better. Before the smog, traffic, congestion. No freeways. Paradise on earth.
