I still stand by my -- 2007 was a bigger sequels year. And the box office is seeming to prove that.

Spiderman 3, Pirates 3, Shrek 3, Resident Evil 3, Ocean's 13...

...are just the one's I can think of off the top of my head.

Ironically, 2007 was followed by 2008's The Dark Knight. 2011 is going to be followed by The Dark Knight Rises. Kinda interesting pattern.

Bourne Ultimatum, Die Hard 4...

I don't know if I'd call Pirates 4 a loser, it has raked in some serious international dough.
