The Big Lebowski is a good example of this. Apart from the fact that the slacker Lewbowski has the self-appointed nickname "The Dude" (or El Duderino, if you're not into the whole brevity thing), both Lebowskis are very, very different as personailities and in appearance.

To be clear, I don't think the other guy in that sketch was supposed to be named Jim Slade. I just wanted both to provide an example of using adjectives in character names and to recognize the Big Jim Slade scene from KFM. Missions accomplished!
