"2. Have people read your script"
A few online places to have your script read are GITS Forum, Zoetrope and Triggerstreet. These are screenwriter's workshops where for a swap of reviews you can have your script read/analyzed if you read x number of screenplays. Members are encouraged to provide coverage to other members.
An alternative is to use a script analyst service like script shark. They are more professional and can give you some guidance on what works or doesn't work in your script.
"5. Read your script out loud"
You can join a meetup group, facebook group or screenwriter's group in your local area and get together for a table read. Each writer would bring in multiple copies of a scene or two (5-10 pages). The other writers will play the parts of the characters of the scene. At the end you are encouraged to critique the scene.
