I saw Win Win this past week, and I really hope it does well. It's funny without being derivative, and fleshes out each of the characters so that their motivations and actions make sense. I know it's described as an "indie comedy," but really, this is just a good movie.

Good to hear, Tim. I'm a huge fan of McCarthy. He's writes and directs interesting movies (Station Agent and Visitor are both excellent, and Win Win looks promising, too). Add to that he worked with Pixar (just about the best filmmakers around in my view) on "Up" getting a story by credit... AND he had a key role in the final season of "The Wire" (best TV series ever in my view).
