I'm taking Prep starting this week. I'd also be interested in a two-week course in character development. I've used a variety of techniques to people my story worlds. Still, I yearn to discover a process that uses archetypal characters in modern contexts and helps me plan their unique contributions to protag and story in an organized way.

Re: webinars
I've participated in webinars featuring guest producers, managers and agents and found them to be enlightening and fun. I greatly appreciate the ability to ask questions - either ahead of time, through a forum administrator during the presentation, or directly to the guest. It may not ensure that a topic of special interest to me is addressed, but it provides a fighting chance.

I've also had the good fortune of attending a WGAw presentation by an A-list screenwriter. THAT was inspiring and instructive, as well, but because I live 3,000 miles from LA I'm an advocate of webinars to help close the gap.

How soon can we expect the 2010 script sales breakdown?

@Albeckinho: Nice timing with that. I've got a 5-part series slated to run next week on the 2010 spec script market.

Live Webinars - They're good for people who live far away from LA. I would like to hear from agents, managers, producers and some screen writers who have been optioned or sold who don't live in LA. For me, I think a few questions would be nice to send to the guests and hosts. Maybe sent before the webinar starts.

Craft - 1 week courses are great. Especially for a part-time writer like myself. Focused on specific subjects would be good. I'd like to see an "ending" class since it's one of the more important parts of the story.

Prep - character development course sounds good.

I agree with Ferdinand - a one-weeker on the third act would be fabulous. The First Ten pages also jumped out at me as a good idea.
