I'm a Utah resident and I attended Sundance for my first time this year. I think it's beautiful that original stories are being bought with the intention to give mass distribution.

If you've never been, I highly suggest it. The people of Utah are generally friendly. I made some awesome out of state contacts while just riding the shuttles. Also, the beer is delicious.

Hats off to Mr. Redford for giving independent voices the ability to shine.
