You know, I briefly felt bad ages ago when Alba remarked with some embarassment about a particular scene in Fantastic Four. Apparently, a fair amount of time after she signed on (perhaps even into production) to the film as Invisible Girl, there was a rewrite on a scene. This necessitated Jessica's character stripping down to her underwear during a scene where she's not as invisible as she intends to be. She seemed embarassed about having to perform it and sort of rolled her eyes at being the victim of these sorts of rewrites.
After hearing her attitude towards writers, I have to wonder if perhaps the writers on the project grew tired of her not performing lines as written and wrote the scene to extract a little revenge. As punishments go, it's not as bad as having her character dropped down an elevator shaft ala Joey Tribbiani.
I do have to wonder what the full context of this conversation was, though. And I guess she doesn't think much of Bruce Willis as an actor because on the Sin City DVD, Frank Miller mentions giving Bruce a note that reflected his intent in the Graphic Novel. Willis' response? "That's just what I want to hear. You just keep telling me that shit."
Doesn't exactly sound like a "good actor" who "say[s] whatever [he] wants[s] to say," does it?
