Albert Brooks is certainly in my top 3 filmmakers of all time and I will watch one of his movies at least once every couple of months (lately, "MOTHER" has been a regular in my DVD player).

Therefore I'm no stranger to the name Monica Johnson. I've often wondered who this person was and most internet searches were vague at best.

Brooks' output has been spotty since the ill received "Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World." I keep hoping a new year will yield a new film from him. Sad to think he's now without his regular writing partner.
