Thanks for sharing this. I agree with everything you say.

That being said, I've not watched many films or read many scripts in a while. It can, at times, be great to completely get away from all this.

And one day, I'm sure, there'll be a study that says the subconscious will spend these 'breaks' unravelling all the knowledge we built up during more focused periods!

@Kid: I follow you on Twitter and noted that you had taken a break from watching movies. What precipitated that? Not a problem, of course, we all need breaks, just curious what your reasoning was/is.
