Tweetchat is really easy--its just a chat service for Twitter, really. Anyone who's used AIM or MSN or Google Talk or anything like will be right at home. You copy and paste that url Scott posted and you'll be receiving all tweets with #scriptchat attached to them and all you have to do is start typing. Let me know if you have any questions, though.
