The commentary on Ghostbusters is phenomenal. Between Harold Ramis and Ivan Reitmann, there is a lot of insight into the making of the movie. Next to Ridley Scott's most current one for Blade Runner, definitely my favorite.

For example, Ghostbusters was only a 40 page (approximately) treatment when they began shooting, which forced them to create the dialogue for scenes on the spot during filming.
