Paul Schrader tells in John Brady's "The Craft of Screenwriting" (I think that's the title) how he named all the cops after exotic cheeses in the script for what became DePalma's "Obsession". I did it in one of mine by naming all the members of a hit-team after fast food: McDonald, Hardee, Naugle (remember them?), etc. Names are therapy for hard writing.
