He's definitely a man crush. The amount of effort he put(s?) in to help other writers understand visual storytelling is why every writer should know his "name."


I just checked his Twitter feed and the last one was on March 3, 2010. Maybe we should ask Nikki Finke. I know she can find out. I would think though that Screenwriting Magazine or other places he's contributed would have dedicated something to him.

Cinema will have lost a great scholar and person if this is true.
