I couldn't find it in Ytube, but there's a moment in the third film where Michael Caine reveals to Dr Evil he's his son. Dr Evil says something like, "Nice try, Mr Powers. But I'll need more substantial proof to believe that", but mid-sentence he exclaims "Daddy!" and runs to him. Very funny, but couldn't find the clip.
